The Gym has 3 squat and dead lift racks and 2 squat machines. The gym has 7 treadmills , 2 elliptical , 3 bikes and 1 stair master . The first floor is padded for spinning , aerobic and martial arts classes. In toto its a huge gym which can entertain an ample amount of clientele at one time.

Located in Fajara Club , Flex Fitness is Gambia’s Premier Training Facility. It provides a full suite of cardiovascular machines (treadmills, bikes, rowers, cross trainers and ski), a large open functional floor space, world standard Olympic lifting equipment as well as a functional rig for any fitness need. Flex Fitness is the first and only “cross fit” training facility in The Gambia. This Gym is basically for hardcore trainers with free weights starting from 5 lbs to 200 lbs in dumbbells, plates and kettle balls . I myself have trained here for good 3 months and trust me this gym is not for bad training days. You have to go through hard training with squats , dead lifts or excruciating rowing coz there is no other equipment or machine to play around with.

Located at Bertil Hardingg Highway (Kololi) , Fitness Garage is the newest addition in the list of gyms in Gambia. The whole setup is new with the latest versions of treadmills and machines. The gym is divided into three different sections , one for free weights training and the others are machine and cardio section. It gets very crowded in evenings as it is a bit smaller to afore mentioned ones , but if you are a morning person then no need to worry.
